Bought two orders of chicken strips and received only one cup of gravy and it was half full. I guess there's a shortage of... gravy. I ordered a chocolate chip milk shake and got a vanilla custard. I like Braums food, it's good and hot. It's theemployees that can't seem to get an order right that bothers me. And, what I ordered is right there in front of them on thescreen. After finding the errors in my order, I did remember the girl asking me two different times to repeat what I was sayingeven though I was speaking plenty loud. Service is good, the manager was quite pleasant greeting everyone and seems eager to serve, I like it. The ice cream I went for... was good stuff as always. Me and my family are becoming regular customers at this location. The wife is ready to try more of themenu items so we will be in for burgers and such as well in the future. Read more

Unbelievably good ice cream for very low price! For a Californian this alone makes a trip to Dallas worthwhile!!

A very popular place.It does get crowded for a good reason. I go there cuz the quality of the ice cream find it to be better... than most you find elsewhere. The meals are very reasonably priced better than other national name brand restaurants. What I gofor is the combo meal and upgrade the drink to a small shake of my favorite ice cream for only fifty cents! What a deal!Andthat's at any Braum's. Read more
