CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY - I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD. I go 2 this place as regularly as I can but this time, dayam! I know... y'all we're busy but geez.. y'all looked at me then went on y'alls way and I stood there 4 at least 5-7mins waitin 2 b asked ify'all could help me. After a girl came n 2 say that she had put n an application, 1 min after her...Y'ALL FINALLY ASKED ME IF IHAD BEEN HELPED. I FINALLY HAD ENUFF AND SAID "I'VE BEEN WAITIN 2 B HELPED 4 AWHILE NOW" then I just left the store. I WILLNEVER COME BACK 2 THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!! Read more

Awesome ice cream cakes! Sometimes I pick from the freezer since the decorating is always great. But I always get more than... expected when I do a special order. Tasty and Gorgeous. Also, has Duncan Donuts in the same shop. Double win Read more

Went in for ice cream left without. Almost all the flavours had chocolate. Asked for a mango smoothie eventually. Out of that... too. Keep up!! You need to fill in the blanks spaces. How many flavours did you say you have? Work on making it better.Customers shouldn?t leave without something. Read more

I really needed an ice cream cake and was behind on making an order. Manager was so nice and helpful trying to find something... they already had that would work. They didn?t have the baker on site to write happy birthday on the cake - which isn?t theirfault it?s mine for bad planning! - but he still threw in some happy birthday candles for free to help me out. Great service! Read more

Out of almost all the flavors and cones. Poor girl had to tell me ?I?m so sorry ma?am, we don?t have that one either? about... five times. It not her fault management didn?t order the correct inventory, and has to deal with the upset customers all nightlong. terrible way to treat your employees?. Never fear friends.
