This specific location doesn't have the greatest service. It takes a long time to get an order whether there is 3 cars in line... or you are the only person in line. Even when they had someone outside taking orders ahead of time, my order still wasn't doneby the time I got to the window after waiting 30mins. I agree more than just teenagers need to be on location managing all theteenage workers. Read more
Love this place. Getting a Sno-cone is always refreshing any time of the year. You have plenty of flavors to choose from.... Smoothies are great as well! Miss the color changing spoon though. Read more
If you want the La Croix of Shaved Ice , then this is the place to go. I have been two days in a row now and both times my... orders hardly tasted like anything. One of them I ordered were still white underneath the juice. I had been going to the Friscolocation and they have always been busy and never had any issues there; but, this location is always dead and still take foreverto make the orders. Read more
Slow service. Don't have anywhere to be when coming here. Expect to wait. No issues with my shaved ice orders yet. But I won't... be getting a smoothie here again, since it was the consistency of juice. This place needs an adult supervisor on shift at alltimes to keep these teenagers on task. Seems unorganized. Probably why service is slow. I have yet to see a person over 18working here. From the looks of it, I question the cleanliness of this place. It just looks kinda dirty. In my opinion, coupleof dudes should have their hair pulled back, since they are working with food. Hopefully y'all will get it together. Read more
I?ve been going to Bahama Bucks since 2015 (Lewisville location) and this one since 2019, so I know how they should taste. My... family and I went Sunday and was SOOO disappointed, we ordered 4 sno and a mango tango and all were not good. The snos was justthat, they did not put enough syrup on them so they tasted like nothing but ice. You can see how like the color is, also we gotflat tops and it was not even full. Caught one of the employees snacking on the shaved ice in the middle of rush hour. Had to wait an additional 30 plus minutes for... my order I placed online. Taking my business elsewhere. I suggest going somewhere more locally. :-( Go to TC Shaved ice. Have avariety of flavors and way quicker. Read more

The snow cones are amazing! Lots of very good flavors. Highly recommend the tigers blood and wedding cake. There is plenty to... enjoy in just a baby sized cup! Only downside is that the outside seating area is always dirty and never cleaned up duringbusiness hours. If it was kept clean throughout business hours, the place would get 5 stars easily! Read more
