Chicken cheddar ranch sandwich was not good. The Carmel Cinnamon shake was awesome
I did ask for # 3 French dip & Swiss meal and the cashier attended me with an actitud ( looks like she didn?t want to be there)... and when I got my meal the dip (aujus). Was brown water like dirt water and tasted like water looks like they being watering thedip or they don?t know how to make it! Very disappointed. For the folks complaining about food being cold and soggy when they order from doordash, Uber eats, grub hub?. You guys do... realize that as soon as a restaurant gets an order they make it right away, once is complete it takes Uber, door dash etc timeto get to the restaurant to pick up food and make the delivery (about 40-50 min) that?s enough time for FAST FOOD to go bad andsoggy. It?s not all on Arbys, Burger King etc etc, you want fresh food go down to the restaurant in person and eat inside. STOPCOMPLAINING.!!!!! And tip your delivery drivers! BTW? the Arbys staff is always friendly specially the GM. Always makes itright.! Read more
Terrible experience. I ordered French dip and cheese sticks via doordash. The au jus was watered down to a very light tan color... with zero flavor. The cheesesticks were cooked uneven, misshapen and the last two at the bottom of the container were moldy.I?ll never eat here again. Read more

The women taking the order at lunch today was rude and wouldn't verify the order when asked, she said just pull around very... rudely. Told her wanted large everything including the smoked brisket sandwich which she didn't even ask what size I wanted, Ipicked up the food and parked up front and checked everything and the sandwich barely had meat on it and no onion crisp at all.I had to sit in the drive thru again and also tried calling them several times while in line and was just ringing and ringingand then it just hung up on me. I finally make it back around and the lady got an attitude with new about the sandwich beingwrong and said very rudely what's wrong with the sandwich and told her and she took it abd waited for another one and when itcame out it looked like a 4 year old put it together. I highly do not recommend this location seems like several problemsbecause there was last the walked up to window while I was waiting because they messed her order up also. Read more
I don't eat at Arby's but the commercial for the bourbon BBQ sandwich looked great I wanted to try it for myself. It was a waste... of money $10 for something you can't even see the meat on. Disappointed for sure. However the employees in drive thru were nice. Read more
