I like purchasing gasoline here and anywhere that allows you to pay at the pump and gives you a receipt.
My son asked for a bag, it was thrown at him. Went in to ask if there was a problem that I should be aware of and was told no.... Poor attitude, didn?t want to engage. Asked who and how to get in contact with a manager & was told he didn?t know who that wasor how to get in contact with one. Went on to say he didn?t know the store number or any other info. Whether day or night, it is challenging to obtain a receipt from this location, 7Eleven Lake Forest & Virginia. Careful, even... if you are to get a receipt you can barely read it I?m guessing because there is no ink or keys don?t work. ???????? Read more
This store sells faulty products and when you show them they are defective before you even leave the store they claim they are... not responsible. They will not refund your money or swap the product. They only want to steal your money. Read more
Great place. I went to get a slushy and the machine was producing the slushy but it appeared the machine was off I took the lady... at the countering she went out of their way to check. She then explained to me that it goes through cycles so that it doesn?tbecome a hard block of ice. She was extremely helpful. I then did some point combos. 2 Redbulls + grill item Any size slushy +a slice of pizza when i was checking it there was no line so we proceeded to have a conversation. I told her I actually came toget a donor from a nearby place and they had closed 5 hours earlier. She said well donuts are over here if you want some and Ihave some desert here too.... -other stuff in conversation- I mean WOW!!! She?s being a sales person like she?s on commission!Just WOW. She?s trying to get sales higher and she?s not on commission. I hope your there the next time I come to 7-11 I mighthave a job offer for you! Great place. Read more
UPDATE: WENT IN HERE TODAY BUT I HAVE THE ENTIRE ORDEAL CAMCORDED PLUS Q WITNESS AND I HAVE A PICTURE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE TAKING A... PHOTO OF MY VIDEO PLUS THREATENING ME IN THE PARKING LOT. I HAVE FORWARDED THIS TO MY ATTORNEY. If I could give a 0 I would.This place has horrible customer and they men there do not know what they are doing. They sell you the wrong lotto tickets andtoday o experienced some racisim along with a male yelling at me who worked there. I have filed a complaint with lottery as theydon't need to sell if if they are messing up and I plan on filing a discrimination suit as well. Just bc in his culture womenaren't respected, it doesn't mean in America that we DON'T deserve respect. All because he didn't know how to use the machine.Then tried to yell at me to get off my phone, when there is no sign there about being on the phone. The lines are always longbecause neither of them know what they are doing. I generally spent about $40 a day there but I will no longer do this. Myattorney said I do have a case because that was uncalled for.
