Just not for me. Typical American style pizza. Bready crust, mildly tangy sauce, cheese, toppings. Cheese was a big negative for... me... it felt gushy not stretchy or chewy. I wiped it off a slice, put the toppings back on, it was better. The toppings wereplentiful. This restaurant seems to know that cannoli is plural, one order = 2 pieces. They were prefilled and frozen, so theshells were "soggy frozen nearly crisp" after sitting on my fresh hot pizza for several minutes. The filling was run of themill, thankfully its mildly sweet, but frozen so solid I had to bite firmly into it only to discover I have a cold sensitivity. Read more
Great pizza. The cashier couldn't find my salad so he made a new one. Later they called because they found my salad and wanted... to make sure I had taken one home. A lot of pizza places wouldn't have taken the time to call. Read more
My order was completely wrong and disgusting when I called the person who answered the phone said I was lying because he seen it... get made then put me on the phone with the owner who then said that it was messed up because it was a dinner rush and asking forno lettuce on my hoagie is a uncommon thing to ask for during a busy time. Then proceeded to say they weren?t fixing my order orreplacing any of the food. When I said there was more lettuce than steak on my hoagie the owner said they put the same amounton every order I added a picture for reference. Truly the worst steak hoagie I ever had in my life a pathetic excuse formanagement and customer service. This is the first time this has happened the previous time I order the delivery driver steppedinto my home and put his foot against my door so I couldn?t close it bevause he was upset I only gave him a $4 tip which is alot because he was rude and said I had to hurry up and pay him because he had places to be. The "owner" of this location was very rude. He insisted that he was no longer delivering to my job because someone said they... would top but didNt when the driver got here. What if they didn't have enough to tip or if that was their last bit of money.Your not supposed to ask for a tip the service is what gets you tipped. Not being smart but if you depend on tips maybe youshould find a different job because no one is obligated to tip especially when we call to order and you basically demand a tip.Not to mention the amount of money we spend here on a weekly basis.
