Return customer. Always great customer service. My latest delivery order was barely a couple minutes late. The manager called... before delivery and apologized for the slow process. What a nightmare! I Ordered a pizza at noon. They took until 2PM to "deliver" the pizza. The driver delivered it to the wrong... address. So I called requesting an update and the driver told me he delivered it to an address, "pretty close." to my addressand then instructed me to go outside and look around for it lol. Pizza was nowhere to be found. Then I called the storerequesting a refund and the manager proceeded to get sassy about the fact that I chose "No contact" delivery on the website.Like that was the reason they dropped it at the wrong address? I told the dude I was outside my front door with my kids for thepast 2 hours...So what does choosing no contact delivery have to do with your driver delivering to the wrong address? Hands down the best Papa Johns ever. Don?t even need to try another to reconfirm this. Food is always so good and fresh. It... comes piping hot even with a 10-15min delivery time drive. Drivers are always so nice and ordering through the app is sosimple. We will forever order pizza here and continue do do so almost weekly! Keep being awesome team!! Read more
Very pleased with the employee that took our phone order, the system didn't want to take my credit card chip, then tapping it,... which I don't have my card activated for that luxury, yet, swiping it didn't work either, manager had to do it the ole' fashionway, typing the card number, into the register! Luckily my order still had about 5 minutes, until it was done, which I wasinformed about, on the phone, it would take 10-20 minutes for my order! My order of a large regular crust pepperoni andmushroom, cheese pizza! With that, a small Spinach, Alfredo, minus the Tomato slices, replaced with Chicken and Mushrooms!Lastly, HAD to have some Garlic Knots, with two containers of Garlic dipping sauce! First time eating PaPa John's in many years, wanted to try the Philly Cheese Papadias I was seeing on tv...it was good, not... enough flavor as I had hoped for. It was full of onions and peppers, love that but too much bread! Read more
