Understaffed and undertrained, I understand that the person on the grill was training. I understand that there is a staff... shortage everywhere in the food industry. But why is there only one person trained on milkshakes when a manager claimed that 3of the 4 employees were managers but only ONE of them was trained on shakes. Have always loved coming here, but recently staff and food has changed my mind. Lady who took my order and met me at the window... gave me a very nasty look and had an awful attitude. When I finally did get my food, everything was warm at best, and tasteddays old. Also received onions on my burger after asking for no onions cause of a food allergy. This place has truly gone downhill. It used to be one of my favorite places to go after a long trip, but not anymore. I have an... allergy to onions, and even though I asked to have my meal without, an extremely simple task, they still came on my sandwich.When arriving at the window to pay for my food, I was met with a rude customer who acted like she did not even want to be there.Negative vibes all around. Easy ordering kiosks. They have touch screen menu's you can build a steak burger with all the condiments or with none. The... employees are super friendly and ready to help at a moments notice. The food is cooked and tastes just right. I highly recommendSteak and Shake for a great meal. Read more
This place has really fallen from grace. You used to sit at a table, get your order taken by a waiter, and have your food... brought to you. Now you just order your food at a kiosk and pick up a tray from the counter. There's not condiments on thetable anymore, your drink is served in a styrofoam cup instead of a glass, the straws they use for the milkshakes don't provideenough suction to drink the milkshake, all the tables were dirty, and the iced tea tasted like lake water. I have a lot of goodmemories from this place before they... Restructured. This is definitely the last time I come here. Read more
Went in and was told to use the touchscreen machines to order food...left for the drive thru and just ordered it, 10x easier to... be honest. Good food, didn't realize it was going to be done so fast. The patty melt was great . Read more
Disgusting inside. They have 19 or 20 tables and ALL of them have food smeared all over them. Floors are so dirty my shoes stick... to the floor here. This was not during a lunch rush either. The while place smells like old dirty fry oil. Bathrooms wherent asdirty as expected. Reveiw written 2:40pm Aug 1st 2022. I will not EVER be back here again! My step daughter and I stopped here during a shopping day for lunch. We were shocked that there was no longer a host/hostess and... you order your food from a kiosk. Maybe this was an improvement since the service used to be horrible there. The food was freshand the Reese chocolate Peanut butter milkshake was amazing! Read more
