went for coffee Noise Level - Low Ambiance - fair. Invenotry- there are plenty of cups and bottles avaible. they also have... clearance section. but with clearance section purchase they refused to use my stars. but still a good deal. Seating space-Plenty. Order- Placing order was not a problem. But they were taking forever to make drinks for everyone. there were 10 peoplein the store and all 10 of us were waiting for our drinks and everyone had one drink order messed up. definetly shows that theyare not focused and need more training. Don't order a custom drink it won't be a full 7 dollar drink you paid for
They have such a friendly staff here. Wish other Starbucks can follow their lead. The other places seem to lose the barista... feel like I did when I lived at Whidbey Island. Well done guys! Also the coffee is not bad at all Read more
ALWAYS friendly no matter what time I visit! The only frustrating thing about this location is other customers. The drive thru... is short and I've seen people block cars into parking lots, pull out in front of other cars etc. I never wait in the drivethrough here when it's busy. I park, place my mobile order and 99% of the time it's about ready in the time it takes me towalk in the door. And inside, they're ALWAYS nice and ALWAYS greet you. Coffee is good too ;) Read more
We come to the Starbucks often. If it?s not a weekend it?s pretty quick you?re in and out. But on the weekends it?s a nightmare... because the drive-through line is so small and so many people are shopping in that plaza. The layout should?ve been designed alittle bit better for this location. Overall the customer service is pretty good. I?ve only encountered one or two bademployees. Read more
This location was good. Quick with my drink and friendly. I liked the atmosphere here and would visit again to meet with friends... or solo to enjoy a good drink and a book! My current fave drinks are the oat milk honey latte, mint majesty tea, nitro cold brewwith sweet cream, and almond milk flat white with blonde espresso. Read more
The guy who made my drink was super cute, and did awesome for someone in training. His manager was also very patient with him... and looks like she's taking a hands on approach to teaching him the ropes of the place.
