This McDonald?s out of the other 2 is the worse in McHenry. 120 and 31 is pretty solid for the most part. McDonald?s is a busy... place, it?s nothing new. So manage it. It comes down to the management and it needs to be corrected. Long wait times and thefood is not made properly I?ve had issues with this McDonald?s since birth and I?m not over exaggerating. Worst experience I?ve ever had this morning at 8:20am at a McDonald?s. I had to order my own food cuz no one would walk up to... the counter. Then the lady (I?m guessing it was the manager in a grey shirt) put my food on the counter and walked away. Therewas no number on it and she never said a number. Then I had to wait for my drink cuz they forgot it. When I got to my car Inoticed I was missing some of my food but I did not want to deal with the rudeness. I will never go to this McDonald?s again! Had a craving for a McRib. Haven't had one in as long as I remember. Long line of cars outside so I decided to dine in.
