First time here as a Dasher and I will never accept another order from here if I?m on this side of town. It took at least 5... minutes for anyone to even answer the speaker and they were NOT busy on the window side. Then, I got pulled up and had to waitLONGER. This is ridiculous. The customer service is terrible at this location!! The staff is unprofessional and rude!! There's always about 6-7 young... people behind the counter standing around and doing nothing. They prepared my order wrong and I returned for them to correctit. When I spoke to the cashier, she told the cook the correct order. A young light complexion girl yelled out my order in a"sarcastic" joking manner. I normally would have addressed that disrespect but I gave her a pass since she had to be around myfood. When I got my supposedly corrected order, the cheese was cold on the burger. Basically, the cook just slapped it onthere. At this point, I was so frustrated that I drove off. Was disappointed by my trip today but I?m giving 5 stars because this was my first hiccup at this location & the manager was... quick to solve the issue. I live down the road & go by for my favorite salad from time to time. This was the first time I wentwith my boyfriend who is currently serving in the military. We asked the female working the window at drive thru if they gavemilitary discounts. She said ?yes.? & proceeded to swipe my boyfriends card without asking for military ID so we figured she putthe discount without proof. After the transaction was done, we asked her how much it came out to with the discounted price? thisgirl literally clapped her hands and raised her voice at my boyfriend while saying ?YOU DIDN?T EVEN SHOW ME YOUR ID BRO LIKE AREYOU SERIOUS.? We chose to not engage, drove to the second window & informed the manager. He was quick to handle the situation ina very professional manner. I?m not going to give a bad one star review over one employees distasteful attitude. Maybe she washaving a bad day but I won?t doubt that it was absolutely not necessary and uncalled for. ***update, so March 2022, I decided to get Wendy's although I stopped coming here because it went downhill fast after it opened.... I paid over a lil over 30 dollars for my meal and taste freshly cooked chicken for my sandwiches. Nothing I've received wasfresh. I was upset to the point, I attempted to call the number on the receipt, which was entered wrong. See picture. So Ilooked up the right number and no one answered the phone the few times called. Next day, I called and reached the manager,Terri. She was really good and made it right with me, because of Terri I was willing to give them another try. Welp, a weeklater (today) still issues. At this point, I cannot try to give this business my business. The food was horrible even after theypulled me up to prepare my order. It's not worth it ----------- Old rating.... Light skinned mixed looking girls that worked yesterday evening is disgusting. She had on her coat. Her hair wasn?t pulled up,... she didn?t wear gloves and I saw her eat fries out of my order. She did it with no shame. She also threw my sauce into my bag.When I looked at her, she had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy and be rude when I asked for a new cup. I have neverbeen so disgusted in my life. The lady was eating from my food with no issue. Why does this establishment pride itself oninsisting to be ghetto? It?s a beautiful Wendy?s.
