Came in today around 5:30, Cashier seemed like she hated her job. Didn?t greet us but that wasn?t even the worst thing. They... proceeded to speak amongst each other and I was with someone and the workers disregarded every question that was asked. Whenasked about a lid, they ignored and proceeded to slam lids on the tables where they should of been located. I got a biggie bagand something in the sandwich smelled spoiled and inedible. Worst service ever from a Wendy?s! I understand there are not enoughstaff but that does not excuse bad customer service. Read more

Waited several minutes for someone to take my order at the drive thru and no one responds. An employee shuffled through the... backdoor with trash and says that they are closed, even though it is an hour before they advertise on google. Did see severalpeople pull through the drive thu before me, management needs to fix their hours on google Edit: come back again with arelatively short line in front of me. I ordered a JBC 4 for 4 special and they didn?t season my fries and didn?t give me the Barbecue Dipping Sauce I ordered.
Awful. It should not take 25 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich. They were out of crispy home style chicken. The cashier... at the first window looked like she spilled grease all over her clothes. She told me they were out of jalapeños but when I gotto the second window the other lady said they did have it. The only thing that was right with my order was the 4 chickennuggets. Both wraps and one sandwich were wrong. When I went inside there were 4 other customers complaining about issues withtheir orders and one guy left without getting everything after being tired of waiting. I went through the drive-thru, and no one answered in the middle of the day. I drove around and saw no one. I did see one... employee in the dining room eating, and i signed to see if they were open, and she said no. Time and time again, they are outof certain food. Unprofessional from the start. Read more
