This is normally the best waffle house in the area with fast friendly service. This morning I decided to grab breakfast before... work, mistake. I went in and I didn't see anyone as I entered a man(looks like the cook), says we are not taking orders. Mythought is if you are open why are you not taking orders... Fast forward I just got in my car and was leaving when I saw aserver in the corner sleeping. Head down on the table. If I was not driving I would have took a picture. Customer service was great however toast was burnt
Came to this location Saturday 9/04 at 2am it was slow assss hell ?. white lady and a black guy advised to me and a few others... they are closed and is no longer 24hours.. I never heard of that? they was very rude ! Smh Read more
The cook was our waiter and the cook. He did an AMAZING job. He made sure to ask us several times if we needed anything.
Jonesboro Road next to Dunkin donuts. Food was very good. Waffle house was clean, staff was great. Enjoyed. Will go back!!!
They only reason why there?s 1 ?? is because it wouldn?t allow me to post without any. Store # 2272 in McDonough, GA IS THE... WORST. My husband and I arrived at the restaurant at 1:30pm Sunday, July 24th. As we were walking in, a costumer was walking outtelling us that they were not taking anymore guest. I was in disbelief because this happened to us before when we came here.That time there was only the cook and a waitress. Today, there was SEVEN employees there, two booths available and the wholecounter available. Their reason was that they were waiting for the shift to start. ????We couldn?t even place an order to takeout. This will be the last time for us to patronage this Wafflehouse. Service sucked even though we were the only ones there. The cook was on top of things. Server was so lazy, he huffed about a 10... top coming in as we were leaving so they left too. Dude would rather not make any money than work for it. Eye roll... Cheers tothe cook, though! Read more
