My partner and I had a lovely date night experience with great customer service and absolutely delicious food! Our hibachi chef... was friendly and fun, and the food was so good and so much! As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere wasn't very welcoming. The signage is pretty aggressive. Make sure to note that there is... automatically an 18% gratuity added to your bill. Also, there is a 3% surcharge if you want to use a credit card (which isridiculous). It took roughly and hour to be seated and for a cook to come out and start making our food (it wasn't busy). Thesoup was unbearably salty, and the salad was watery. The other party said the same thing and mentioned it to our waitress, butwe were told that it just depends on the cook. The ginger tasted off as well. Our rainbow roll looked okay, but based oneverything else, my confidence in eating raw fish (at this establishment) was very low. The hibachi cook there (I think his name was Patrick) is amazing! He converses with everyone (even the kids) and makes the... entire experience worthwhile! This was my sons first time even trying Japanese food and just the whole spectacle of having thefood being cooked on a grill in front of him amazed him! Don?t expect the greatest show. The food was good. Portion size was good. They do not celebrate special occasions. They threaten... no service if you don?t sit where they tell you. Honestly they aren?t that busy to turn away customers if they want to stay inbusiness. If they hired great performing chefs, I could understand. I will go back for the food. Take plenty of money! They make it clear, you are charged for everything and you can hit their conveniently located atm. They do... participate in double tip. Automatic 18% gratuity charge plus tip line on ticket. Had time to read all signs not being greetedand waiting 10 mins to be acknowledged. Sat at the bar, no alcohol, food was just ok, 1 tea & 1 $25 dinner no appetizer almost$60 tab, I have had better in a hurry at the dollar a scoop across the street. Yummy delicious food ???? had the triple Tokyo dinner for 2 & hubby had a beer & me a green apple martini! So much food!
Absolutely amazing the food was perfect and the staff is so friendly! My server was madison and she was very sweet and stayed on... top of any refills or anything extra. Definitely will be back !! Read more
