Sweet Charlie's needs to go back to $7. They have increased their price recently and although not by a whole lot, it just... doesn't feel the same especially since the quality isn't as amazing as it used to be in 2021 and before. Don't get me wrongthough, it's still good and I still like it.. just wish the price, experience and quality could go back to normal. Hopefully oneday because now they're about the same price as the ice-cream place a few doors away. Read more
Fabulous experience! The staff were so pleasant and animated. They explained things as they were doing them, ingredients they... were using, etc. It was cool to watch them roll the ice cream. Plus unlimited toppings was awesome. Great quality and funouting. Read more
My 11 year old daughter found this place online after watching ice cream rolling on YouTube. I am grateful to her for begging me... to take her, it was heaven in a cup. I love the family friendly environment and the ?hibachi feel? of watching your ice creambeing prepared. I had the So Cal in yogurt and it was the best yogurt I?ve ever tasted. The employees were friendly andpleasant, overall it?s an amazing establishment and I?m happy I have a new ice cream shop to take my family to. Read more
Ice cream was excellent and the gentleman that was working the register when we ordered, who I assume was the owner, was very... polite and extremely helpful. It was an overall nice experience. The store was clean and aesthetically pleasing, the onlyissue I had was the music that was playing loudly enough to hear pretty well contained curse words and I had three smallchildren with me. I know that the workers are young and the business may want to be on the 'cooler' side but I would prefer mychildren not hear that type of language while trying to enjoy some family time. Would love to return but unless the music wasmore family friendly, I just dont know. Read more
I went to Louisiana for vacation and tried rolled ice cream for the first time so when i got back to Georgia I wanted to try it... again so i looked for places that made it here. I found Sweet Charlie's, a true treasure! The employees were so amazinglyfriendly, asking if it was my first tome and did I need anything explained to me. Once I had my selections they made my icecream with flair, even writing my name on it with the carmel! Once seated and eatong my treat, the manager came and checked onme and asked did i need any more toppings. Made for a wonderful experience and a must try for anyone especially if you have nothad rolled ice cream. P.S. they have three choices for the base: rich ice cream, yogurt, or vegan. Love that they havealternative for those you may be lactose intolerant or vegan. Read more
