I placed a big order for my family and spent a good amount of money for the order. The order took well over an hour to receive... (I understand their are staffing issues) the pizza crust was burned on all pizzas, we all have the flu so it?s not safe orconvenient to go to location for correction, my husband is also a disabled veteran. I received an email to receive 50% off mynext order but no one wants to honor it. I shouldn?t have to beg anyone to take my money and I won?t. Please think twice beforeusing this location!!! Order was completely messed up. One of the pizzas didn?t even have sauce on it and the extras we paid for were not given to us.... Was told I would get a refund within 3-5 business days but still have not gotten my money back. Read more
The Papa John?s at Westridge has got to get better. 3 times now we have received pizza that is not cut. I ordered a papadilla... that was completely wrong. I ordered Alfredo sauce, bacon, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni. Not sure what I got, maybe marinarawith beef? It was like an old one, not even the right parmesan crust. I could not eat it. The pizza is fine. It?s the customer service and side items that are lacking. I ordered garlic knots. The garlic butter... leaked over everything and the employee still brought it out to me. In her defense, she offered to get me napkins, but that waslike trying to clean an oil spill with a Q-tip. Still, it was only on the pizza boxes and I decided to just take it and gobecause I was hungry. That was a mistake. When I got home, there was literally no garlic butter left with the garlic knots andthe knots were very burnt. I brought the pizza and knots back to the store and explained everything. First, he tried to tellme that he could make me more garlic knots, but they?d leak again because of faulty boxing materials. Considering I?d gottenthem before, I knew this was likely a lie, but I let it slide. Then he tried to tell me my black knots were not burnt. Thatwas ridiculous. Even after I said if that?s the best they could do with the knots, I didn?t want them, he was going to makeanother batch just to show me that mine were not actually burnt. I had to explain that I wasn?t interested in him proving to mehe could burn knots twice, but it was shocking how determined he was to try to prove that black garlic knots are not burnt. Iasked him just to refund the cost of the knots. He said he could not do that because the system didn?t allow partial refunds. I guess he just wasn?t smart enough to figure out how to do a full refund and then re-enter the order without garlic knots. Eventually, I settled for replacing them with breadsticks. When I told him I also wanted him to remake the pizza because it?scold after having to deal with bringing things back. He did it, but he showed his obvious displeasure. Read more

Customer service was TERRIBLE!!! Made an online order and signed up for text message notifications to let me know when it would... be ready. When I got inside, my order was not ready and 3 different people asked me my order number and name. There were atleast 15 staff on shift and nobody seemed to have a since of urgency when it came to finding out what happened to my order. Ihad to remind the staff I had been waiting 30 mins and I seem to be looked over. I finally received my order 40 minutes laterafter being skipped numerous times.
