You got to be kidding me! Ordered the chicken sandwich with the spicy fried pickles, get home and opened the box and this is... what I got for 12 bucks.. Read more
This was my second day in a row ordering from this location. I figured I would give them another try before writing this review.... Most of the kitchen staff was noticeably high and loud. They were playing around and messed up my order 2 times in a row. Don?tbother getting the iced coffee from here. It?s not prepared properly and extremely weak. The iced coffee was basically white andtaste like milk with ice in it. The cashier did not give us a receipt when we placed our order. So when we asked for a refund itwas difficult because the obviously high or gifted cashier had lacked on his simple responsibilities. Will not go here again.Will be calling corporate office to complain on Monday!!! Read more
Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt is delicious! And of course the broccoli and cheese soup is always good. Staff was very friendly,... even the guy who was cleaning tables. Update 8/30/22 Excellent customer service. Last time we came for lunch we added a cookiewith our meals. I didn't realize until later that day that they'd charged me full price for the cookie when it's supposed to be99¢ to add it to your meal. We told them about it this time and they apologized and made it right by giving us 2 cookies forfree and not charging us for our drink. Read more
One of the best home delivery meals I have had. Teriyaki Chicken bowl and Chicken Noodle Soup from Panera Bread was delicious. ... Highly recommend it. One issue was the incorrect soup. It was supposed to be Thai soup. Suggest you make sure you doublecheck the order to confirm. Read more

No problem with the food and the young lady who took our order was an absolute doll! We ordered take-out, 2 bread bowl soups.... The soup was fantastic and the bread was very good too. The only issue we had was, when our order was ready, nobody saidanything. I was standing near the coffee/tea station and my husband was sitting- there is no place to sit or stand in the pickuparea and you can't see the window. ~my apologies for a lot of babble just to make the suggestion of calling out a name or numberso that customers will know that their order us ready. Regardless, I will still go to Panera :) PS the lemon cookies with thepowdered sugar on top are delicious! Read more
