I hadn't been to Oliver Garden in 4 years, after going to one in Texas last month I decided to go visit my local one. Ms. Yinesha was our server and did an excellent job. We were seated within a couple of minutes and both appetizers and main... coursed were served within 10 minutes respectively. Had lunch on 10/1/22. I was with a big party (22 in our party) Chauncey was our waiter, let me tell y’all, this young man was... awesome. The service that he provided was marvelous, didn’t have to ask for refills, he was all ready there filling ourglasses. Food came out quickly and yes it was hot. Give this young man a gold medal. I’m not much on eating out, but it was our anniversary !? So, the wife & I (w/her Mom) decided to splurge a little. I wasn’t... looking forward to it (I’m not real big on pasta & marinara sauce), but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Salmon on themenu ! Unfortunately I have to say that it wasn't a great experience. Sorry, because the place is nice, good food, and therfore I... expected more. We were a party of 9, with 2 kids 5 and 8, the waitress was pleasant and took our orders for drinks immediately.But,... a couple of us had to order 3 times, because they were out of this and that. My wife didn't get her drink until 4 of ushad finished ours. After trying three times to get a drink, I tried a safe one, straight Jack Daniels. When we left, I had stillnot seen it, but I reminded the waitress only once. Now food, one of us wasn't really too hungry, so she chose a starter, therest of us went for various main courses. Maybe someone thought we all had to wait for her to finish, but the poor lady waswaiting for us to get our dinners, so it wasn't very warm anymore when we got our food. "We" didn't include me, I ordered a 6ozsirloin, medium rare and started waiting when the 7 others had their food. 5 of them had more or less finished eating, 2 of themwaiting for me to be served getting not so warm food, when I finally got my steak, not medium rare, rather well done. Wow...incredible wait w/ only 1 person in front of me chatting w/ the hostesses. Finally, I get seated, tried the electronic... menu, requested assistance via it...and after 5 minutes I simply left. I've dined at maybe 7 different Olive Gardens and neverexperienced such poor customer service. Off to Logan's. I dined at 5 other restaurants in this area and all were 5 STARS. Read more

Our server/bartender Kaitlyn was amazing. Everything she recommended was on point. My wife usually hates Olive Garden but... Kaitlyn really changed her mind. Service was fast and the drinks were great. I’d ask for Kaitlyn every time we come here. Read more
