Ordered a coffee in the mobile app, set it up for pickup in store. It was 7:30 and it says the dining tables are open, doors... were locked had to go though the drive through, wait 20min to get the coffee. 4 cars ahead of me, line slow. Employees takingsmoke break in the door that leads to drive through. Gave this place a chance. Did a mobile order, just small fries 10 piecechicken nuggets, had to wait 15 min+ asked for a refund and the manager was not friendly, had to go.. I just get a 30 min lunch.The drive through is always slow. They have staff but for some reason this place is never adequate. Read more
I ordered and paid for a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese. It appears something is missing. Stopped again on 10/23.... They need hang the management and burn this place down. The incompetence is overwhelming and I don?t believe it can be overcome. Read more
Ordered pancakes didn't give us any syrup, butter napkins, fork... nothing! On top of that a dirty cup for my oj.
Why do we order mobile order? For swiftness and convenience. Today, a FRIDAY, some extremely bright minded person decided that... they should schedule lobby renovations for this McDonald's for it to LOOK better. "new and improved". I need whoever thought ofthat bright idea to focus more on serving your customers and door dash delivery drivers in a timely manner. I placed my orderbefore I even left my house, went to Kroger to get groceries, then went to this McDonald's, put that i was in parking spot 3,waited an additional 20 minutes despite the app saying it should only take 5 minutes and they'll bring it to me, tried to go tothe lobby to talk someone and of course I couldn't go in because remodeling, went to my car, drove it to drive thru, waited,parked my car at #3 again cause no one in line was budging, walked to drive thru where a poor doordash delivery driver has beenwaiting for the order for over 45 minutes to get the food and drinks, then I finally got to ask them about my food and had todouble check the bag to make sure everything was there so that I wouldn't have to come back for it. The redheaded Caucasian ladyasked one of the guys why I was still there as if I didn't have reason to be. Read more
The best part about the meal was the sweet tea. Cold fries, cold burger, cold nuggets. I had 3 nuggets in the box and 1 just... thrown in the bag. The box wasn?t opened so it didn?t fall out, it was thrown in. I had to ask for a straw after almostreceiving the wrong drink. There were no napkins in the bag. Read more

I?ve been sitting here in the driveway for 40 minutes. It took 5 minutes for someone to even notice I was waiting to get my... order taken. 30 minutes waiting for someone to take my payment. And I?m going on 5 minutes waiting at the next window. There isno way to even get out of this drive thru and I have a screaming baby in the back. What?s the point of getting ?fast food? whenI cook a whole meal in the same time it?s taken to get my food?! Read more
Worst mcdonalds. Very unfriendly staff. Charged me for an apple pie then did not tell us they did not have any apple pie until... we questioned why it wasn't in the bag. Why charge me for something you don't have and then try to slide it by me.Unbelievable. Then my wife's big mac had both beef patties together between the bottom buns and then the top section was twopieces of empty buns together. I have never seen that one before. Also my large and medium fry were half full. These guys andgals were sloppy and did not care. Awful. Read more
