I absolutely love McAlister's deli. I have yet to have had a sandwich that I did not thoroughly enjoy. Everything is so good!!!... Even the tea is really good! Like how my grandma used to make it. I highly recommend the turkey club! Its so good! They havemany other really good sandwiches as well. Their broccoli cheese soup is chef's kiss! So good! Their brownies look prettydelicious too. I highly recommend trying this place at least once. I tried it once, and keep going back haha Everything tastedpretty fresh too, and there is just something about their deli meats, that is above and beyond. I dont know if its the way itscut or how its cooked just right so that its not dry or processed even, its exactly what I said, fresh. Check them out! You wontregret it. Read more

First this is one of my most favorite places to dine,but not this location,not today!! I stood at the register watching about 7... people doing everything but acknowledging they had customers for about 10min! Finally this girl walks up to the register andlooks around no greeting no sorry for your wait no hi are you ready to place your order!!! If that isn't bad enough I asked tohave one of their potatoes only to be told they're out at 1pm!!!!! So I just ordered a sweet tea and waited 6mins for that andit wasn't good! The wait time is horrific. I ordered a simple turkey sandwich, no extras and simple steamed broccoli. I even asked the young... lady how long it would take upon ordering. She replied ?oh, no more than 5 to 10 minutes.? I went outside and back in at the 15minute mark and she proceeded to take my order again. I told her I?m still waiting - I?ve already ordered. I then watchedseveral people who ordered after me, receive their food. After 20 minutes, I went up to her again with my receipt and asked if Icould just get a refund. She took the receipt and went into the kitchen and a very rude man came forward and said ?What?s theissue.? Not ask, stated. I replied ?The issue is is I?ve been waiting 20+ minutes.? He asked ?You?ve been waiting 20 minutes??And my response was ?All you have to do is look at the time stamp on the receipt.? He huffed and puffed to another register andcame back and gave me a receipt, not my original one, and said ?Apologies for the wait time.? If it?s going to take longer thanstated, just direct your staff to inform customers that. Or if there?s an issue with extended wait times, put a sign up. Noexcuses. Not a return. He asked to make the... sandwich over bread was better barely toasted but at least not burnt. He only gave me half a sandwich saying he forgot I ordereda whole. He came back with the whole sandwich but it barley had meat. I ordered the king club (which is double meat) the cook isno good so unfortunate. I got my money back & won?t visit here again. Read more
