Went in today for lunch and I was seriously disappointed. There was maybe 4 customers in the whole place and now I understand... why. The place is pretty gross. The food was not good (putting it lightly) and who serves nachos like that? Barely anything onit and diced rubbery chicken. I overheard the bartender say ?she doesn?t like any of the b$&ches she works with and hates thisplace?. Wow! The tipping point was when I went to the bathroom before we left. It smelled of old urine and was just disgusting.This place needs a deep clean, a new cook, and just a complete overhaul. Read more
Worst trip to Hooters Ever!!!!! The food was amazing and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. Was charged for extra... dressing and never asked for it. Waited 10 minutes to get a refill on my drink, while the waitress had my drink with her talkingto another table. Waited another 20 minutes to get the ticket and there was only a total of 15 guests, with 3 waitresses. Read more
I?ve had the buffalo shrimp for two days in a row. They were perfectly cooked and the sauce, great. The employees were courteous... and greeted me immediately. They were surprisingly slow during lunch, but it appeared that most of their orders were takeout -mine was. I?ll definitely be back. Read more
I decided to take a late lunch today arrived about 2pm. I walked in and noticed that it really wasn't busy. There was a large... party in the back and maybe 2 other customers besides me. Being that it wasn't busy my wait time for my food was extremely long.The waitress seemed uninterested and mostly talked to her coworkers ( the entire staff was seated talking amongst themselves) . The Food was Delicious. We didn't have to wait long. Plus they have Beautiful waitresses that are very nice. They also have big... screen TV's so you can watch the game too. The bathrooms were really clean. They have paper heavy duty Bags to carry your foodin for your leftovers or carryout. On Mother's Day they gave 10 free boneless chicken any flavor for the mothers. At 1st my Daytona beach wings and shrimp choice did not pan out the way I wanted it too? ????But when I asked them to try again... and give me just plain wings. ????I scored big time! Teon came through with the recooked fresh wings! At this time I was sittingat the bar where Kalia made me 3 different drinks 1st(Jager & Pepsi) it was evenly proportion. 2nd (Legendary Rita) again shemade it well! And 3rd drink (the ?Utopia?) her specialty drink! I will return as a new local customer! I recently ordered To-Go a 24 piece BUFFALO shrimp and onion rings with honey hot dipping sauce . Everything was going well... until I checked my food and noticed there was no Buffalo sauce on my shrimp and there was no honey hot sauce in my bag . Iproceed to go back in and notified the cashier . She stated that they don?t put sauce on shrimp or wings if it?s a to-go order Isaid cool. She then brings back two of the smallest possible cups of Buffalo sauce and honey hot sauce . I asked ?is this allthat you can give me?? ? I ordered a 24 piece and this won?t even last for 6 piece!? She said ?yea if I get another one I?llhave to charge you for it.? Wow. I asked to speak to manager and she said the same as far as dipping shrimp and wings in saucesit?s only for dine in. She stated they?ve had complaints about food being soggy blah blah . I said ok..?? If that?s the case whyisn?t there something on the website about this ? My mouth was watering for Buffalo shrimp that?s dipped! She said she will dipmine this time but for future reference they can?t. I felt like she should have said ?I?m sorry about the confusion sir, we willremake your order for you. Mind you shrimp are now room temp onion rings look like curly fries at this moment. I would?ve neverlet my customer walk out that door like that. And to think I paid almost $40. The 2 stars are for the chef I got Buffalo shrimp & side salad I came In randomly in a mood to bless a great server $100 well... let?s just say I?m leaving with It ?. Came in sat for 5 mins before being greeted . Then she came never gave her name ! Droppedthe menu off 5 mins later came back I ordered . My food was gr8 my beer I had to get my own glass because idk where the serverwent then I was Just left forever ! Checking on me you?d know I wanted Another shot & beer which increases your check but nopeI?m currently sitting looking at all My trash and warm beer glass !
