Came here during lunch time. Was able to place order and get food in a decent time. I got the 1/2 chicken with collard greens... and Mac and cheese. The chicken skin was super crispy. Both the dark and white meat parts were juicy and flavorful. The sideswere a good portions. They don?t have call ahead orders yet so you?ll have to come in and order. Also their menu only isdifferent from their location menu. The hostess at the front was helpful, nice and funny as hell. Will definitely be back totry some more off the menu. Read more
Absolutely delicious BBQ! I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and omg so good. The meat was moist, tender, and just the... right amount of smoke flavor! Even the bun was good. It had sort of a sweet Hawaiian flavor but not enough to be overpowering.Nice crispy fries with no grease was a plus too! Price was a bit more than I was expecting but the sandwich was piled high so,well worth a few extra dollars. Definitely get the sweet tea!! Only drawback was a few too many flies in the building. Hattie Marie?s McDonough, you have me wanting more and more of your amazingly tender fall off the bone ribs, those collard... greens are the BEST I?ve ever had, and the Mac and Cheese is fresh every time! I appreciate this food coma, and next time I?mgetting more of that insanely moist and deep smoked flavored brisket to go, my family will be coming back again very soon! The atmosphere was amazing, the servers checked on us to make sure everything was good, even sat down and talked for a couple of... minutes to see how we were doing! Now about the good, it was IMMACULATE!!!!! I had the 3 meat plate, and the ribs fall off thebone and very juicy! The sausage was the best I?ve ever had, and the pulled pork was definitely a HIT! Finally! I have been wanting this for so long! Glad there is one close enough. We had the 4 meat platter as well as the Dino... beef rib. Let?s get into that beef rib; it was falling off the bone and full of flavor. The sides: Mac and cheese, greens andbaked beans all were so good. I will definitely be coming back to dine in. Read more
