This Hardee's had some amazing staff and service. Food was amazing. Travel through town we decided to eat outside and... immediately they were concerned but after letting them know. They are never opened when I go there. There is always a sign on the drive thru that says sorry we closed at 2 o'clock today.... Sorry for the inconvenience. If they can't keep the business opened for their regular hours they either need to change them orclose the business. Read more
Sign in front window says ?Dining Room Now Open?. Parked and door was Locked. Got back in truck and waited in line for 20... mins. They can?t open the dining room when they don?t have enough workers. Went to the restaurant at 8am on August 17 2022. Huge sign on the front window said ?dining room open ? and the store hours... posted on the door stated that the dining room opens at 5am. The drive through was busy so I attempted to go to the dining roombut all doors were locked. I saw one employee on the inside messing around on his phone. He looked at me, and I pointed at thedoor. He promptly darted into the kitchen out of sight. Way to go Hardee?s. The only edible food you offer is breakfast, sorunning off your breakfast customers is not smart. Hardee?s by far makes the best biscuits of any fast food restaurant. However, this store has no idea what their doing. Hardee?s... has an in-house franchise-wide biscuit making competitions to see who can make the best ones. It?s clear that this store doesnot participate. Their biscuit is doughy and falls apart in your hands. Also, Most stores have chunks of sausage in theirsausage gravy, but not this one. They only have black specs, which is likely just pepper. I can?t blame the staff, but I doblame the Owner of the franchise who apparently lets his store run on autopilot and does not invest his time and energy inmaking this store one of the best. Ordered breakfast thru Door Dash. Food was someone else's order. Biscuits were cold and hard. Ham and Chicken cold and dried... out. Didn't receive sausage, hash rounds or gravy ..or coffee.
