Went in to get cake pops for my daughters birthday. I called ahead to ensure they would be there?- when I arrived no one greeted... me or even acknowledged my existence. FINALLY after another customer walked in and was greeted did someone come from the backand without gloves or a hand wash decide to get me my cake pops. Not only did she TOUCH one of the cake pops where we have toeat it with her BAREHAND. But when I asked if she could get gloves she seemed annoyed. After which SHE DROPPED TWO OF THE CAKEPOPS that I needed for my kids birthday. No apology or nothing. I think if she would?ve at least apologized it would have made ahuge difference. The customer service here has always been hit or miss. Go with very very low expectations and don?t ask them towear gloves because apparently it will cause them to accidentally ruin your kids birthday. SMH. Absolutely the worst. Sittingin the parking lot trying not to cry. Hope everyone else has a better experience. After reading other reviews unfortunately I?mseeing a pattern on who they decide to greet from who they don?t and I am deeeeply upset. Unacceptable. Please train youremployees to give greetings to every patron?- because all of our money is green. Read more
