I love Five Guys but this visit was disappointing. Prices are up, quality is down. Fries were raw, not cooked enough. Second set... was better but still not great. They are either cooking too many or the fryer is not hot enough. My burger was in pieces and Ithink the cheese is different, it wasn't melted. Read more
Would give 5 stars but the fries were under cooked. The burgers were good and it didn't take long to get the food.
Food was ok I don't think they were amazing burgers but I liked them. Fries left a lot to be desired. However must give one star... due to pricing I can't see myself ever returning. Read more
Paid 8 bucks and waited ten minutes for a large order of fries (which was all I ordered) that was about half the size of a... typical order. I could have gotten three times as much for less from the American Deli just up the road. Staff was indifferentto the point of rudeness and I strongly believe it was prejuducial. I adore Five Guys but I will never come back here again,ever. Read more
Just a great juicy burger everytime. Love that you can change the toppings too. Fries always fresh and delicious.
Customer service was great. Food came out in a timely manner. Store was clean. Food was ok and definitely not worth $20 for 1... person. I ordered the little burger with small fries and a shake. If the burger tasted better and had a better quality from allthese other fast food spots then maybe I can see charging so much for a meal. Read more
Very upset I paid this much for burgers that tasted okay and fries that my children did not like. And they usually eat... everyone's fries. The milkshakes were very good. We ordered to go and everything was kind of thrown in the bag together, soreally messy. We won't be back. Read more
