I was very happy to find another firehouse subs after the one in my area closed during the pandemic. They have the best... sandwiches, especially the Italian sub. The location is hidden from view. The staff was nice and they made my order quick. Theyjust put a little bit too much deli mustard on my sub but it was still delicious. Read more
This was my first time ever visiting this chain. First impression was not good. I ordered online for pickup and when I walked in... there were only a few people in the restaurant. There were about 6 employees or so and none even looked up at all when I walkedin. After about 3 mins of me standing at the pickup counter one finally acknowledged and let me know they were still working onmy order. Come on now. I haven't been to firehouse in about 4yrs. Still as delicious as I remember. This location was not crowded. Employees were very... polite and my order (placed on the web) was prepared within a reasonable time. Worst part of this trip the a/c dripping on me(you guys may want to look into that). Read more
This has to be the worse customer experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a veggie sub with all of their toppings on the... website. The manager is terrible !!! He did not even come out when I asked him to review my sandwich and he refused a refund ora remake. Read more
Ordered large Engineer and before placing my order asked the guy behind the counter if the mushroom is fresh or from the can. He... said it's fresh and not from can. Got home start eating my sub and got disappointed cause the mushroom was made from the can fatfrom fresh. Your staff need to learn the menu by heart and need to learn what is fresh and what is from the can. Read more
