The slowest Dunkin in the county. I visit frequently and always order the same thing, but never get handed the same drink twice... ???? Almost daily their latte machine is down/being cleaned/repaired, or they're not serving hot food. 30 minute wait or morewith a baby in the car at the drive through ain't worth the wrong coffee ???? ETA Nov 2021: Signature Peppermint Mocha Lattelacking literally everything that makes it that. No peppermint, no whipped cream, not mixed thoroughly. Come on guys Read more
There NEVER own on time. They get there whenever they feel like it. The are extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't waste my... time or money. they need to change their own time to 7 or 8. Don't be mislead or waste gas bc truly is a guessing game andridiculously unpredictable. Read more
Stale Donuts - horrible food. The Boston Creme's don't even have creme. They give you whatever donuts they want, not what you... request. No egg on the bacon/egg/cheese crossisant. Just all around shi*ty quality products & service. Another corporation thatneeds to go. And the employees clearly don't give any f's! Read more
Love my Duncan I know these guys are busy as heck and with a short staff as they are they are really working their butts off to... make sure we get our orders. This location in particular will always be my regular stop. Read more
Hands down the slowest Dunkin? on earth. This location is consistently not serving hot food during breakfast hours but you won?t... find that out until after already sitting in line for 20 minutes. Currently waiting now 30 minutes in line for 2 small coffees.Horrible location! Read more

This location is attached to a gas station with the Lobby opening into the gas station convince store. The Dunkin' and the gas... station open at 5 AM. I arrived at 5:10am, and while the gas station was open the Dunkin' was still dark. I could see a ladycounting the register, I inquired how long she would need to open, and was told 10-15 minutes. No problem, went out to my carplayed a game on my phone gave the lady 20 minutes! Came back inside at 5:30am and they turned there lights BACK OFF! Everymorning I drive by this location around 5:10am-5:30am and very rarely is this location EVER open on time. But its not just inthe morning... I have stopped by in the afternoons too on my way home and several times I have driven away from your drive-thruafter waiting and receiving NO service. I have worked restaurants/retail most of my life, I know that S**t can happen that cancause workers to be behind/short staffed at times, but if your are turning your business lights back off 30 minutes after youwhere supposed to have already been open and serving people, or you don't even acknowledge the customers waiting for you in thedrive-thru... This location needs to get its S**t together or hire new employees. I can't even tell you what the donuts orcoffee is like at this location cause I have YET to even get to buy anything which is ridiculous. Read more
I seldom leave negative reviews because every business can have a bad day. But I cannot tell you how many times over the years... I have been told "The baker didn't show up". This morning they did not have any of the donuts we wanted....AGAIN! I feelsorry for the workers because they hear the complaints all day long since donuts are only baked at night and there is no back-upplan if the baker is out. Read more
