I'd gone here on this Friday morning & ordered thr app. Opted to pick up via drive-thru and there was about a 30 min wait. The... reason, orders placed were screwed up which is I'd noticed when I finally got to window. My order-large hot caramel craze latteand bagel minis. See what I got instead. They opted to remake but I couldn't bcus I was already late for work from the 30 minwait. Come on folks, PLEASE DO BETTER. Imma need a refund or courtesy credit. Read more

It took half an hour to just to pick up a mobile order from the drive thru, they were as slow as molasses, food was good ,won't... recommend cause so slow n didn't even apologize for anything. Showed that the employees just don't care I expect better fromDD. Read more

Usually I have a decent experience when I come to this location but today was the most aggravating of experiences. I ordered my... usual latte with ALMOND milk ( bc I have an intolerance to regular milk) I waited after I ordered to hear her read back my orderbut instead could here her joke and laughing with someone on the other side. She asked me to pull around and I got my order andtasted it realizing that she did not use almond milk but regular milk. When I asked which milk was used she got an attitude andturned around to ask the person who made it and she confirmed that she used regular milk. To her response to me was " well wecharge extra for milk substitutes"..... Which I'm aware I order this everyday. There was no effort into fixing the mistake or asorry for the mix up.... And attitude the whole time. If you don't like your job and or not a people person , please don't workwhere communication and customer service are literally the forefront of the job. Read more

I come here literally everyday sometimes twice a day. I get an iced refill. They never asked me for my cup when serving my... refill so it?s in my trunk. Everyone knows me at this establishment and has seen the cup at some point and knows that I actuallyhave it. Today I pull up and see someone new at the window and with the worst attitude she says ?where?s your cup? a differentyoung man who sees me all the time took my money. I figured he would let her know that I?m a regular. No such luck. I look ather confused and said ? they don?t usually ask for my cup? she slams my coffee down before she hands it to me and says so rudely?No you are supposed to have your cup!? and then forced the coffee into my hand and walks off. I wait for my husbands coffee andanother girl brings it to me and I ask her if I need to go park and bring my cup in because I really didn?t like the other girlsattitude. The nicer young lady tells me not to worry about it and the OTHER girl with the attitude starts a screaming match withme and also refused to give me her name so that I could report her serious LACK of customer service skills. If you hate your jobthat much quit. I was also informed that she was recruited from a different store. The owner may want to reconsider bringing herback as she?s about to run off a regular customer. I literally work in this shopping center and frequent this the gas station it is attached to several times a day. I am also a... general manager. I can tell you I go out of my way to NOT have this Dunken experience. I made an exception thinking maybe sincethere was only one car in line it would be a smooth and fresh interaction. Not a chance. Not only are they rude andunprofessional example: ordering bangle bits. A one sentence request but before you get the sentence out of your mouth theperson is screaming at you to ?choose which one , you have to pick one! ? umm if my sentence would have finished you would haveclearly understood. They have coffee but typically not anything else. Lol instead of just saying our machines are down or wedon?t have this array of product they let you sit and list all beverages rudely saying nope don?t have that featured item. Thenew staff just blankly stars at you with attitude and look annoyed to be giving you your very old order. Yep old. Not one timehas it been fresh or even hot. It would be faster to go buy food from Publix and go home to make it yourself. Placed a mobile order and waited for 15 mins... after notifying them of my arrival. Sat and watched as order after order was placed and lost. 4 customers had to re order whileI waited. Read more

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to and trust me I have been to a lot. Since I have relocated to McDonough... this is the most unprofessional Dunkin? Donuts I have catered to. The issue isn?t the food or coffee, it is management. Thislocation has an issue with opening on time and when they do open they are never prepared meaning they are unable to serve anyhot food because they obviously don?t get to work earlier than the opening time to prep prior to opening!! Customers lookforward to that morning coffee and breaksfast so it?s a disappointment?a constant disappointment. Do better!! Read more
