Love this location! Their mobile ordering is ran very efficiently. All of the employees recognize me because I order everyday... sometimes twice a day lol. I also love the rewards that come with that, free coffee and sandwiches every other week is a plus.The girls and guy in the morning are all nice and professional. They?re busy but they?ve got a hold on their drive thru line, itmight look long but it always goes by quickly. It?s better to park by the front rather the side if there?s a line for drivethru. Ordering walk in ahead of time makes life easy for me personally. I recommend doing so. Read more
Went inside only to be told I had to go through the drive thru. Then after waiting in a long & slow moving line, was told their... espresso machine was down. Communication would be nice before wasting 30 minutes, guess that's asking too much. Read more
Never been to a Dunkin that didnt live up to their quality, but this one takes the prize. First the door was locked and they... said the drive through was the only way I could order.... then when I went through the drive through to order, they said theydidn't have any food at that time. SMH! To say the least, I left. Food service just isn't the same as it used to be! Read more
Good luck getting service here the lobby doors are unlocked we walked in for service stood at the counter for a few minutes just... to be told they are short staffed and only doing drive thru so we get inline at the drive thru finally get to the intercom askedto wait again and then finally we strat to order just to find out they are not making hot drinks on this particular day, soafter wasting 15minutes of our day we just left, Who would have ever thought you couldn't get a hot drink and donut at a donutshop. I would like the owner of this location to reach out! Everyday the employees at this location close the inside and only do drive... thru. The line is ALWAYS at least a 20 min wait and this is ridiculous. There is no way you can stop if you have things todo???? And then after waiting 20 minutes my order is ALWAYS WRONG. So what is the wait for? And what is the point of closing theinside? Never heard of this. I?ve also witnessed The Manager with the weird wig be very rude to everyone that tries to come in. Read more
Short staffed so they haven?t been doing food. I understand this; however, when you get to the intercom they tell you to hold on... for a minute, then come back nearly ten minutes later to tell you that you can order and THEN disclose they aren?t doing foodafter you attempt to order it. They should really tell you this before making you wait. It?s happened two different times now.Also, I ordered a coffee instead and they gave me the wrong order, twice. Read more
The lady at the front had great customer service and the interaction was welcoming! I thought everything we be ok just by this... alone. I receive my order realize there is no almond milk in my drink.I asked for it and whipped cream floating at the top ofthe cup I asked to have it removed. The whole order was not right. The other two items from my order snacking bacon was justregular bacon and avocado toast was missing bacon but I was charge for it. I suggest checking items before leaving your wholeorder might be messed up like mine! Read more
This location NEVER has refreshers. There is always a problem with the truck delivery for the last 3 months. But one of the... busiest DD in this area on Hudson Bridge always has refreshers. Not to mention other items are often not available so it's ahigh probability that most items won't be available. Read more
