Have been every morning to this location right when they open because I?m taking someone to work. When I got home I looked at my... bank account and I was charged twice for an order. I live over an hour away and when I called the young girl that answered thephone had no clue as to what to do. She stated she didn?t know what she needed to do. She advised me that I needed to bring myphone and receipts to show the duplicate which I only have one receipt because I only got one order. Why would I have a receiptfor a separate charge that I never received any food for. She finally talked to a manager and I could hear the entireconversation. The manager was yelling and said she didn?t have time to deal with it right now. That the charge would probablyjust fall off. That is the not the case it cleared. I also received reward points for the duplicate order. They took my numberand said they would have to call me back when she had the time to deal with it! I?ve NEVER had a bad experience with Chick-Fil-Auntil this morning. Also want to add the young people in the drive thru are half asleep with no smile just a blank stare andnever say thank you or my pleasure. Do better!! Read more
Went there two times this week and paid extra for large size and both meals both times fries were half full and called up there... and they can?t help us in any way unless I come back up there that sec. What happened to you never haveing to check your foodwith them. I guess now you do. I will never go back to that store must have horrible management being as they let that go outthere window and by the way the fries are soggy too. I suggest not doing business at this location????????????. Read more
Great place to bring kids. It's very spacious and open inside, and they have great high chairs (with placemats!).
We always have a great experience here! Food is always hot and good. Their inside is really clean as well. Their drive through... moves fast. I wish they did curbside but a great Chick-fil-A Read more
Supper fast and order was correct. Only not so great this was the taste of the iced coffees that we got, regular and vanilla.... Both tasted like watery, bitter coffees. But that may have been an issue with how we ordered... not sure. Read more
