Customer service was ok. The fries were Terrible full of oil and they were brown. I'm not sure if the cooking oil needing... changing or they were overcooked. I walked up to the counter and asked for another fry a female manager stated that theyswitched cooking oil which made them brown. On 9/15/22 around 9:00pm, I found a human nail inside the bottom of my fruit punch, then I immediately called store. If I?m not... mistaken I spoke with the assistant manager name Tim; I then proceeded to tell him what happen. Tim was very nonchalant aboutthe issue. Do not eat here. Disappointed in the change made to the Hot Brown. The new serving platter is shallow and holds less, so the food cools off much... quicker and is cold by the time you finish. Bad Form CFA. Read more
We had a wonderful experience this morning! We were dining at 645am and the staff was already cheerful, friendly, and... accommodating! This Chick-fil-A is extraordinarily kid friendly. We sat in the real train car to eat and one of the lead staffmembers gave us hats and placemats for the kids. We all enjoyed the train circling the ceiling of the restaurant, too! Neat place if you haven't been before. Dine in was on the right, fast food on the left. Dine in was good. The waiter was great.... The shakes were made perfect. The food was good. I think the fast food part probably has better food. High chairs are on wheelswhich was interesting because the baby kept pulling himself too far under the table. Read more
Delicious off menu items from Chick-fil-A! First, I hope you're greated by 14 year employe, Mr. Jim. He's a very friendly face... and great to distract kids at the right time and frequency to have a very enjoyable meal! He provided our girls & friends kidsa sticker, while simple it was just the right time and they loved it. The food their had many of your normal favorites but withthe addition of amazing side dishes. This is one of the few dinners that Chick-fil-A has in Georgia. It has a classic dinner design on one side with a Chick-fil-A on... the other. They food options are basically the same and the quality of the food and customer service are what you would expectof a Chick-fil-A. Read more
3 days ago, I dined in and was happy with the food, and of course the service. Definitely, the staff indicate the area has... people capable of providing good customer service. A couple of nearby restaurants should figure out how to recruit ,select, andtrain employees by asking this organization. Read more
