Customer service was ok. The fries were Terrible full of oil and they were brown. I'm not sure if the cooking oil needing... changing or they were overcooked. I walked up to the counter and asked for another fry a female manager stated that theyswitched cooking oil which made them brown. On 9/15/22 around 9:00pm, I found a human nail inside the bottom of my fruit punch, then I immediately called store. We had a wonderful experience this morning! We were dining at 645am and the staff was already cheerful, friendly, and... accommodating! This Chick-fil-A is extraordinarily kid friendly. We sat in the real train car to eat and one of the lead staffmembers gave us hats and placemats for the kids. We all enjoyed the train circling the ceiling of the restaurant, too!
