Food was fine. But the service was not great our actual server didn't arrive until 30 minutes after we were seated. Luckily the... host stepped up and got our appetizers and drinks. Read more
At first, everything was going well; we were seated and we received a warm welcome. But it all went downhill when I got my... order. I was very appalled when I flipped over my bacon cheeseburger... THE BUN HAD MOLD ON IT!!! I'd say it was handled fairlyquickly, but that was only because we had 2 people from our party go get someone. The manager was professional about it and tookit off our order, but when I got my remake the ranch had hair in it! Not only was my order messed up twice, we were the onlyparty with PLASTIC SILVERWARE! I'm not one to take things to the extreme, but this was a very unacceptable experience. I'm not sure how this establishment stays in business but evidently business is booming. The wait was wack, the service was... wack, the food was wack. The poor waitress (maybe her first day) didn't even know they served Miller lite? We got there a littlebefore 8 and did not walk out until after 11:30 ! To me that's just shy of a part time shift at any job. Cleaning products atour table that we had to ask to be moved because we could smell them. Skip the house "strawberry lemonade". The painkiller was50% ice which translates to 70% water. Smh just a below average dining experience all around. Read more
Wait time was less than expected, which was great! Waitress provided the bare minimum in service. Not once were we asked if we... wanted or needed a refill. One of our appetizers came out once we were almost finished eating our entrées. Yes, it was removedfrom the bill. We had to ask for several things (condiments) that we'd ask for when ordering and then wait a very long timebefore receiving them. I'll start by saying what my issue was....Service....We arrived and ordered drinks and our server asked if we wanted waters as... well we told her yes. It took about 30 minutes for our drinks to come out and in the meantime we went ahead and ordered outmeals. Our drinks came out with our meals and they tasted like pure juice. But for $5 I guess I knew what I was getting ???? Oneof the drinks were wrong so we sent it back. It was another 20 minutes before we got the corrected drink and we were basicallydone with our meals. Should I even mention we still never received our water. I asked for another order of those deliciouscroissants when we got our food and never received those either. Outside of all of this, the food was delicious. Country friedsteak, shrimp Alfredo pasta, shrimp platter and Buffalo wraps. I was a little upset that at 4pm they had not prepared everythingthey needed for the new orleans pasta which caused me to settle for the Alfredo pasta.
