Went ther for fast service Waited in line for 20min. Before getting to the speaker to order. SAT THERE FOR ANOTHER 20MIN GOT... TIRED OF WAITING and DROVE OFF. Went across the street to McDonald's wwas in and out at drive thru in 5min. I stopped by very quickly to get breakfast before work. There was one person ordering in front of me and nobody else in or... around. I order a breakfast sandwich with bacon and some ketchup and jelly and an orange juice. I pull around to the front and Ireceived my food fairly quickly. I do not open my sandwich but I look in the bag and noticed I don?t have napkins or condiments.The employee walks away and I have to shout to get her to open the window and provide them for me. I also realize as I?m on theway that I did not get a receipt and that they put the wrong breakfast meat on my sandwich lol Read more
Worst Burger King experience ever. We waited over 45 minutes and they gave us the wrong order. We ordered an impossible whopper... and was not given that. We were given a meat burger and did not realize till after taking a bite. We ordered through the modelorder and they gave us someone else?s order. The workers acted inconsiderate and then took another 15 minutes to make the oneburger, prioritizing drive thru orders. We were not the only ones there that had problems. Two other people were given wrongorders and had to get it fixed. Also very unsanitary, flies seen and the girl working was coughing and had to be reminded by herfellow workers to wash her hands. Idk when the others came thru but we got here after rush hour traffic (6pm) and the team STILL did amazing! Manager Debresha (I... hope I spelled that correctly please forgive me if I didn't) was awesome! Took time to tell my son what was on his burger tohelp him make it his way as made sure the other food we ordered got made fresh and right! They were fresh dropped onion rings,great burgers and smiles on the crew in back! For the other reviews I read I can say this will be my go to Burger King stop whenI got to go to Atlanta! I thought my neighborhood burger king was bad but this location takes the cake. Now the lady who took my order on July 4th was... nice, they were extremely short staffed and I can appreciate that. My larger issue is with the manager who kept, holding up theflow by not responding to the drive thru employee. She needed the manager to process my payment and the manager kept ignoringher. Read more
I wanted to try out the new Sourdough king burger. The first one was so cold the cheese wouldn't even melt and the meat was cold... to the touch. This is what the second one looked like. They microwaved it until the bread was hard. This time I called themanager who was nice and said she would refund our money and send me another burger. This makes 3. I wish she had brought it outherself. I showed the young lady that brought it out to me this burger The photo. She basically told me they Never microwavethier burgers. Which I believe... Most of the time. The way she said it made me upset. As if she was calling me a lier. I neverever complain. This was a huge exception. I used to be a manager at burger place in the past and a waitress. I was very sorry Icame today. This was supposed to be a treat for someone that doesn't do this very often for medical reasons. I should have read the reviews! This was the worst burger king ever!! I have been to 100s of burger kings in multiple countries... and this was by far the worse expierence ever. My food was horrible, they messed my whopper up. I was sitting in hotel roomeating, and I got up to take it back after one bite. It made me so mad, I had to have a woosah moment. The lobby was closed, soI decided it was not even worth arguing at the drive-thru. Also, I did not trust them to remake my food. I threw all my food(nuggets, whopper, fries, and drink) in the trash because it looked questionable after i inspected the whopper. I am not eatingany burger king for the foreseeable future.
