They acted like they didn't care about anything. Heard one of them complaining about drive through customers "tell them they... gonna have to go to McDonald's if they want something fast". It was not that busy she leaned her rear end against the counterand worked her phone most of the time. There were 4 people inside. I've never been to a Bojangles with great service, but mostI'd give at least 3 stars. Just awful attitudes. Read more
Today I waited in their drive through for 37 minutes for 2 biscuits and a bad attitude. When I made it to the window I paid with... my card and then the same girl who is working the cash register goes over and makes both of my biscuits like she's working therealone. 10:00 am on a Saturday morning. It sucked. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through line only to find they did not have what I came for. This location recently... replaced its entire staff. That was a mistake. The newbies are slow, stupid and unfriendly. Chick-fil-A is literally one minuteaway and gets everything right. Read more
All my years of going in restaurants, the manager lady (name started with CAR?) was the absolute rudest, non caring, just plain... out jerk that we ever encountered. Everyone ordering were in unbelief and several turned around and left. We would have, but wehad paid and receipt said No Refunds. Hate to disqualify all BoJangles, but we won?t buy from any again. I placed my order online, waited about 20 minutes, and it still wasn't ready when I arrived. They were trying to fit the chicken... pieces into 2 small boxes and eventually figured out it wasn't going fit. And they handled the food with out gloves. I stopped off to get their special two steak biscuits for $5 but I added an egg and then asked me to park in the pickup area due... to the fact I had to cook the biscuits steaks due to the fact that they are out of them what's meant I got fresh food. Read more
