First off, I live Arby's. Today was exception. August 26 about 2:20. Drive through horrible experience. Young lady whose... name on receipt started with E. Bad attitude, rude, short. She should never interact with the public. Wife thought sheordered meal, only got sandwich. Asked about it and Employee just rude. Took order and left. NO SAUCE. Not one, nor were weasked. We came to this resturant and we stood in line for 30 min and watched 5 drive thru customers being there food back in because it... was wrong. We waited another 15 min and in the whole 45 min we waited they took two orders inside. I understand everyone isshort staffed these days. I recommend the Diablo roast beef. I appreciate the level of spicy the sandwich has whole maintaining a discernable flavor.
