I was trying to order online and the app for some reason was not letting me checkout. I tried two different phones to do the... order. When I went to the store the employee name Shivani Patel said at first that it would not let you order after 8:30pm. Butwe were tryin to order it since 8:15. Then she said this store does not participate in that discount deal but it does show thatthis store does participate in the discount deals. In addition, the employee was really rude about it as well. I hadn't had Subway for months, close to a year. The overall quality for Subway started sliding last year. I stopped at this... store for lunch, right about beginning of lunch rush. I ate an, and there was a line there almost a whole time I was there. Itconstantly moved, 3 people working Non-Stop. They were very friendly, very efficient, and everything came out great. The staff at this Subway does a great job! I recently ordered two platters, and they prepared them perfectly. They fulfilled the... special instructions for the order with no problems. They even went out of their way to help me get everything to my car. I alsoalways get great service when I go to this location for individual orders. I had went in to use the restroom last Sunday, a little before 2pm after I was done using the restroom I told them my husband... has to use it as well and he will put in our order. We have a special needs son so it is hard to go in order come out thats whymy husband orders normally but I really had to use the restroom after a long drive out there that?s why my husband and I weretaking turns. After I told one of the guys my husband is going to order after using the restroom a guy comes out from the backgoing off on me yelling ?you can?t use the restroom unless you buy something.? I tried to explain my husband was coming in andhe interrupted me yelling saying ?it?s fine, it?s fine.? Waving me out. Our first and last time going into this subway for sure.Very rude.
