The lady that answered the intercom is very rude repeated my order twice and she tried to charge me twice. I really don't gone... the sonic in McComb but I didn't fill like going to Brookhaven. This sonic has always had very rude employees evertime we havegone that one reason I don't like it. They can't get your order right even after you have repeated over and over. they didn?t have any popcorn chicken which was ridiculous, so we got tenders and we asked for buffalo sauce and they didn?t have... it !!! Then we asked for honey mustard and didn?t get any! Even tho we asked for it. we are very angry about this poor service!! Read more

Slush machine was down asked us what we would like my husband said an ice cream and I said a water. The manager sent the car hop... back and he pressed the red button then she said u ain?t getting no ice cream it?s higher with an attitude. Like it?s not myfault that y?all machine is down! We ordered the caramel, vanilla, and Oreo milkshakes. All of them were thick creamy and good
The pickle lovers fried pickle burger could have been a bit better but I enjoyed it! My server/carhop was timely and curious and... offered me condiments. I also loved the Charro shake it was amazing! Read more
Horrible service. It took forever to place the order and they were rude. Then it took 20 minutes to get it... But couldn't leave... because we'd already paid. And THEN the order was missing half the items. Which then took another 15 minutes to resolve. If ourordeal wasn't bad enough, the poor people surrounding us were having to yell their orders. At least 3 people gave up and droveoff. Definitely do NOT go here. Read more
I'm big on customer service and seems like this location lacks that part. The food is a hit or miss at times. The prices are... like any other sonics, but definitely could improve on customer service. Other than that it's a great stop for your favoriteroute 44 drink or a sweet treat. Read more
