The food is amazing when it's fresh, but the wait time is outrageous!
This place is an absolute joke. Spent 20 minutes in line, get the the window and pay, no problem, then spend thirty minutes... sitting at the actual window. They never gave us an update or anything. Then we received very tough disgusting tenders, nofries, and no spoons to eat mashed potatoes with. By far the worst fast food experience of my life in time, service, and taste. Read more
I don't recommend this nasty, unkept location to anyone. It needs to be shut completely down. The service is horrible. The staff... spends more time playing with each other, all while handling food to fumbling with their hair and mobile phones. More thanlikely the reason of long, slow drive through movement, and standing in the lobby 30- 40 minutes after placing an order.Corporate needs to close this location, or hire new staff and train. Pathetic, pitiful, would best sum up my experience. I arrived 10 minutes after they opened and there was apparently no spicy... chicken available. 45 minutes later my order was completed. 40 years ago spicy was spicy. This had virtually no spiciness toit. I quit going there when they did away with dirty rice and I see there will never be another visit. Popeyes, you can't makethis right. I ordered the 5 piece spicy "2 can dine for." I received 5 old and cold pieces of chicken, only one of the 2 sides (after asking... why I didn't have mashed potatoes, I was told they were out but didn't offer a replacement). Even though they now have dine in, they took forever to make the food and serve customers. They have 2 kiosks to serve people... and are only using one. There's not even a dedicated person to take orders at the front. And when I asked for sauce because theydidn't put it with my order, they made a fuss. Horrible management don't recommend ????????? 3 PC white was overcooked and dry. Red beans and rice..2...only half full cup and mostly rice. Popeye's has always been my... favorite but I've been disappointed the last few times. Sorry. Read more
