Ordered on my way home from work I was bout 20 minutes away employee took my order over phone told me 15-20 minutes it will be... ready when I got there went thru drive thru..picked my order up ..it was just like i ordered it...perfect ..service doesn't geta any better then that....just my opinion and I'm sticking to it... Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The food was extremely over priced. The service was just... terrible. Had our food brought to us and never saw the waitress after that. Had to go to the front and have them come to theback to refill our drinks. Will not be going back! Read more

Pizza Hut doesn't give you as much topping as they use too and even by pre-ordering I had to wait 20 min in the drive through... line because they allowed someone to order at the window and sit there to wait for it holding up myself and 5 other cars.Instead of asking them to pull over so the could serve us that pre-ordered. Cold pizza! Read more

Much better than than I expected based on my experience with pizza hut in another city. The server was very nice and attentive.... The food came sooner than expected and was delicious. Even the bathroom was spotless and smelled good. I'm very impressed andlook forward to eating here again. Read more

This particular location was absolutely unprofessional. I arrived at my pickup time given. My order was yet to be prepared... much less ready, at the pickup time. I had to wait another 40 minutes for my order which was a simple 2 large pizza order. Inthat time, I watched the employees make and prepare several other orders ahead of mine. They do not take pride in their work. They did not acknowledge customers coming in to pick up orders and the overall experience was less than pleasant. If in thisarea again I will not be ordering pizza from Pizza Hut. Read more

Terrible customer service experience. Chairs at table broken. Pizza and wings were cold by the time they made it to our table.... Cheese and seasonings not kept filled on tables. No silverware when needed. Not a good dining experience at all this time. Read more
