OMG this place is as horrible as it I remember! Burger King or McDonald's? Ion eat Burger King at all so I stopped at this trap!... Terrible decision, that I wouldn't make again! That drive thru girl so ratchet owweee!! And I get to my room and the big Mac topbun was burnt,the inside of the Burger was around the Burger! 1 star bc my fries was straight and that's all I can give smdh!Drove all the way from Bama just wanted to eat something right quick!! Prepare to have your order incorrect, the staff at this store are incompetent, management please hire better sandwich makers... lol, they had one task, to simply put a ready made sandwich together and ? they failed. Every. Time. Convenience isn?t alwaysbest. I give up with this store. Read more
My cashier was great. The food not so much looked like they threw it together and then smashed it up with a bag of lettuce.
Recently I had a nice older lady take my order and was great. Service and food is always hit or miss. You never know.
Just got coffee for myself and a meat patty for my cat at the drive-thru. ( please don't judge me lol ) The people were polite... and friendly. The order was as requested with no issues which is rare believe it or not for such a simple order. " One largecoffee; black. One small hamburger; meat only, no bun." Here's to hoping those employees keep smiling. Remember, we only haveto deal with them once, they have to deal with us all day. Read more
I order 2 bug mac meals 1 with no onions ,no cheese and easy on the lettuce the other 1 was light lettuce and extra mac sauce.... When I got home and was getting ready to eat the sandwich was not correct. I called and spoke to the manager and she said thewe needed to bring the food back and she would fix it. Mind you we live 20 min from mccomb. I have never heard of a mangerasking for food back and to tell us to drive another 20 minutes there is ridiculous....I will never go to this location again Read more
I must say, that was fast service, I ordered, and before you knew it I was served. The bathrooms were clean, but could have been... better, it a nicer McDonald's than so.e I have been in, and the staff was fast, and friendly. I ha e eaten here twice, and havenot had , but one issue. I asked for ketchup, they said they would put it in the bag, but NO KETCHUP!! other than that it'sall good. Read more
