Customer service is okay at times. I mean I guess it's all according to the time of day one chooses to go. Often I would order ... my meal and it's poorly made. The sodas are often out and I end uo with a mouth full of carbonated water. The worst taste ever.It's small things like that. Read more

They normally do well with orders but for some reason they make many regular errors with coffee orders like Latte's
The last three times I received delivery from the Delaware Avenue location, the order was almost completely wrong. They just put... any items in the bag. Do they even understand the orders? Never will order from them again. I don't get how two cheeseburgers,two fries, twenty piece mcnuggets, sweet and sour sauce translates to no cheeseburgers, no sauce, one fry, and two 10 piecespicy nuggets. Read more
Very unprofessional people even the ones in management. They need to do better, act better and get the orders correct. Drinks... dripping, ice cream dripping, and even caramel sliding down the side of the cup when they hand it to you. I have NEVERencountered such bad customer service from a McDonald?s restaurant. THE WORSE fast food restaurant I?ve ever been too. I pulled into the parking spot and ordered through the app since I was on my... lunch break at work. I waited 45 mins and nobody bothered to bring me my stuff. I had to go in to see everyone knew I was outthere waiting and just didn?t want to walk out there I guess. After waiting 20 minutes I had to go inside. Then I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me! When... the person finally asked what I needed, I told her I had a mobile order and needed to get it, she then got an attitude with me!Then she Walked over and picked up a bag that had been setting there since I walked in and basically threw it in my hand!
