Starbucks at Fred Meyer on Bridge Port Way UP has very poor service and management issues.

Update: They?ve really improved and are very consistent. I?ve noticed that they know their regular?s names. Love that! The only... reason to go to this location is because it?s conveniently close and tax free. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked the cashierif I could redeem a free drink in the app and she quickly got an attitude with me as if I should have known. They talk to you asif you are an inconvenience. The other day the coffee was burnt.. please spend .50 cents more elsewhere for quality product andservice. Read more
I bought two drinks yesterday and had my reusable cups for both. However I noticed the barista make one of the drinks in a... plastic cup and then dump it into my reuasable one. When I asked if that was their procedure he told me my cup didn?t have theright fill line and they have a reusable one with the specific beverage fill lines for customers reusable cups but it was in theback and he didn?t feel like going to get it. Not much of a point in allowing customers to bring their own cups and reduce theirplastic waste if you?re just going to use a plastic cup for 25 seconds and then throw it away anyway. Read more
