Tried the new chicken sandwich. Wasn?t a fan but it was fresh bacon and cheese crispy sandwich. It more about the sauce in it... that turned me off but I definitely want to try the spicy to compare. They never seem to have any of their machines working. (soda machine, ice cream machine, andslushy machine)
EXCEPTIONAL customer service. EXCEPTIONAL food ???? . EXCEPTIONAL organization . EXCEPTIONAL cleanliness of the whole restaurant... to include the cooking areas. Did I mention EXCEPTIONAL team work? I live nearby so this is a convenient place to go, but the Burger King does not abide by their hours at all, they seemingly... randomly decide when to open the restaurant. Which means that it's impossible to look at their website and figure out whenthey're going to be open, and it has led to multiple times where I've gone to the restaurant just to find out it's closed. I ordered from a Burger King down in Olympia and when I get home I found out that all 3 whoppers I ordered were just regular... ones(I got 2 impossible and one regular) I called up this store and asked what they can do about it. Instead of saying no orjust replacing the 2 wrong orders. They gave me an extra one! (Hopefully this wasn?t a mistake too ????) Of all the Burger King's in the area, this one is the cleanest. Has the cleanest, friendliest, most helpful crew. Makes the best... food, the fastest, without mistakes. At least on my orders. The hours are wierd though. Because it's on the McChord side ofJBLM, it doesn't stay open as late. Read more
BK is my favorite fast food chain for burgers. Their mobile deals tend to be the best also.
