The kid that was in here was very friendly. Very clean restaruant. Definently recommend if yoyr in the mood for subway

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Local pizza shops have better subs with better staff. I placed a mobile order at... 7:35pm. The estimated time of pick up was for 7:55pm. I arrived at Subway in McArthur at 8:02p. The worker was helping acustomer. She was about half way done with his order and she looked at me and said "I take it you're here for the mobileorder?" I replied "yes." She said "well I haven't even started it yet." (as she kind of chuckled). I was like "oh, okay." Istood there with my son as we watched her help TWO other customers who arrived after me. With more people rolling in, andgroceries in my car, I told her since she was just going to keep skipping us that I'd like a refund. She jumped at the chance togive me a refund. You could tell she had no interest in preparing our order (2 subs & a protein bowl.) She never apologized,laid my money on the counter and walked away. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Read more

Very stingy with meat, 2 half slice folded in half on a 4", not 6". Bread was toasted, too toasted crumbled everywhere. The two... young gentlemen that were working, every other word was "huh?" Flies everywhere. Not impressed, time to retrain. Read more

I was there the other day with my mom, treating her to lunch. There was a huge line of construction workers in front of us so I... get that they were extremely busy (I've worked in the food industry my whole life) but there were flies flying all around thefood they put on our sub. At one point the fly landed directly in front of an employee and he didn't bat an eye. We were alreadydisgusted, sub was cold after we asked to have it toasted, it went straight to the trash. Over for a $10 meal for nothing but adrink and bag of chips. Anyways the girl with green and black hair was super nice and trying her best. I know how hectic it canbe y'all I get it but get rid of those flies please!! Read more

Foods great! But when you order online and they ran out of bread they don't notify you about it and just change your bread. Also... why is one end of the bread always so hard? They also "always" -( not all the time) get ride of their bread like 30 minutesbefore closing. Read more

So I'm going to share the details of my experience tonight with Subway. I ordered my dinner on line, when I go to pick it up!!... "We didn't receive an online order" I had the confirmation page showing I had ordered and paid for my dinner twice bc she saidthe fist one didn't take, now I've been using online ordering for Months at this particular Subay and this is the first timeanything like this has happened. I show the girl the confirmation page with my order # and time the food would be done. She isalready on the phone with her boss when I bring the electronic receipt, and one of the MANAGERS OF THIS STORE TOLD ME" SORRYTHERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO, YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR BANK. I promise if customer service, honesty, and ethics mean solittle to this company I think we will be visiting a new Subway when the urge hits! So maddddd and hungry!!! Read more
