Waited for a curbside order for 25-30 min. Had to get down and order was under counter. Food was cold, fries had no salt, gravy... was like water, Dr Pepper had no syrup. So not only did we wait forever the food was bad and not even worth the wait. Read more
My husband had to go to this location because the one closest to us the shake machine wasn't working. So my husband got home... with the wrong order of shakes.. I called asap was on hold for over 15 minutes.. called again and the girl didn't know what Iwas talking about. I asked for a manager.. Betsy answered. She said well the receipt was right I said no. She then asked how doI know. Because my order and my son's were wrong that's why... She said it's very very loud in here and busy she couldn't hearme on fon.So she established that it was noisy in there but was very quick to say that my husband got the order wrong.. I come here every weekend with my little one and would definitely recommend it. Parking lot is very spacious and clean. Inside... always has someone going through cleaning up. It was steady but not crowded. Associates are pleasant and even stop at the tablesto see if anyone needs anything. Food is great! Read more

This location after 7pm is an absolute circus. I pulled up to the drive through, placed my order and then I instantly remembered... I no longer needed 2 combos and I wanted to correct my order. I was told "I already sent it through." I responded" OK Iunderstand. I am so sorry but I do not need both just one." A girl came in and shouted "what do you want instead of the #1ma'am?" I said "nothing" , mostly because her attitude was awful. 2nd because i was stunned. she was louder,like extra loud thistime. She responded again with full on attitude in high gear and loud as all get out. "ok fine then Good bye." I asked if I wasjust not allowed to get food at all now becausei still need 1 Combo? No response I asked if I have to go accross town to getfood or what she was saying by that. Noresponse. I went around to the window and parked. no one opened it for a couple minutes,then a young man opened the window I asked for a Manger. There were 7 or 8 people looking at me and they closed the window andthen began laughing. I go no response anymore. We pulled off to starlight burger. I am so disappointed. This location used tohave the happiest most lovely staff. Maybe only the pm shift has gone bad,i would stay away at night, just avoid the games. Youmay Actually get some food if you do. 20 years I have worked in restaurants and I never treat people poorly because I hate itbeing done to me.
