I waited 5 min at the order menu before someone answered. I then waited another 18 minutes to get to the window to pay, when I... get to the window to pick up my order. They ask me to wait on the side. After 10 min, they asked me to wait in the front of therestaurant. 11 cars got their order before me and after 35 minutes waiting. I finally got my food. This is unacceptable. Thisis the first time this has happened to me at a Whataburger. That was the first time I had been to that location. Never again. Read more
Just got home from picking up food from this Whataburger . I love Whataburger but i love it even more when my burger comes with... its burger meat. Yeah, I ordered a #5 and it had no meat in it, they gave a a BLT. $53 I spent tonight on dinner here for myfamily. This is not the first time this happened to my burger. They?ve also once didn?t put ANY chicken strips in my 3 pcchicken strip meal. So check ALL your food before you leave this place, Or go to another Whataburger. Read more

I had never waited over 45 minutes for a meal at any whataburger location, ever!! The fries didn?t taste fresh... my son in law... had a hair in his food, my burger wasn?t made the way I asked for them to do it, but we didn?t complain... as it is... they tooka while to get our order out to us. Stopped by after airport about 11pm on a Friday. Drive through was not moving and decided to park car to go inside for order. ... There were adequate staff behind counter. Order placed.
