After experiences at other restaurants in the valley, we were pleasantly surprised to finally find one with decent Cajun fare.... The boudain balls were small compared to what I'm used to, but tasty. Our étouffée, jambalaya, dirty rice, & crawfish tailswere flavorful & packed a nice heat. I only wish the crawfish tails were offered sauteed instead of fried, but that's just apersonal preference. The atmosphere was nice; some Big Easy jazz or something along those lines playing would add to theambiance. While the bread pudding isn't like what I've had in the French Quarter, it was still very good. Our waitress waspolite & very attentive. Only thing that definitely needed attention, & this was before they got busy on a Friday night, is thewomen's restroom, which stunk & looked messy. Overall, a good visit & we'll definitely be back to give some other menu items atry! Read more
Dress up for date night or come as you are type of place! Staff was friendly and attentive given the usual rush hour chaos. The... live music band was great and food and drink selection was really good. Prices were decent for both. It can get a little loud inthere with the band playing but other than that, great atmosphere and service. Read more
I came here on 5/9/21. The main reason for me coming here was to get brunch. Surprisingly, there wasn?t many options in the... area.. at least that I could find. I was originally at 76 Bar and Kitchen but they were closed (but website or Google didn?t saythat). I ended up walking 1/2 a mile to here, to prevent having to wait for another lyft and paying a ridiculous price for ahalf a mile trip. There was a sign at the entrance to seat yourself. There was live music. I sat and waited about 5 minutesbefore a waitress came over and got drink order, in which I got a water. The menus are digital. We ordered around 2:35. I gotthe chicken fried chicken (chicken breasts, 2 eggs, and hash browns) with a side of pancakes. I also got a mimosa, which was $4.(Note: I ordered this about 5 mins before ordering my food). My bf got the steak and and eggs. He got a mimosa too and a gummybear shot (in which I ended up getting one too). Receive food at 12:47 and rest at 12:51. All of the food and the drinks weregood. No real complaints at all, except the music was too loud at times. The eggs definitely needed salt and pepper, which I wasable to add myself. According to receipts waitress was Bryanna. According to the recipe, a side of pancakes was $5 and not $4 aslisted. Also, the chicken fried chicken was $12, which was about $3-$4 cheaper than what menu said. I ate my pancakes later, asI got full, lol. I would come back, if I?m ever in town again. Read more
Food is pricey, but worth it. Wingman Wednesday special on Wednesdays is $5 for a thimble shot of whiskey or a Mexican lollipop... (do the lollipop, it's delicious) a bottle of beer (I chose XX) and 6 wings . I'd rather they raise the price a dollar or twoand return to a regular shot glass amount as the inclusive Wednesday combo shot.. left me feeling like Oliver Twist with anoutstretched begging, and open hand, "Please sir, can I have some more?"
