This Starbucks is owned by Simon mall. If you want to use your Starbucks rewards you can't, why? because they are greedy and... don't want to give anything for free. You earn your rewards and should be able to use them at any Starbucks location. Also ifyou notice prices are slightly higher then other Starbucks, going back to being greedy. I only give a 1 star because of theemployees, they provide good service. If it wasn't for them I would give it zero stars( which I can't because Google won't allowit). Read more
I've never EVER had bad customer service from a Starbucks location, like EVER! But this time was HORRIBLE! They close at 9pm and... I understand employees want to leave but complaining and using profanity language in front of the customers because they weregetting a last minute rush is definitely WRONG!!!! Got there before 8:30pm, my Cashier was Cesar, he squeezed the cup withanger after he got my order wrong, and gave me the most fake smile. Furthermore the place was dirty, never seen that beforeeither. Not sure if it was the manager on duty today but all the employees seemed discourteous to the customers because theywanted to leave, most of the chairs were on top of the tables already and it was not closing time yet. They severed my drink faster than at other Starbucks. They have a lot of sitting area. Employees are nice but they messed up my... drink the first time, as I don't drink milk. They quickly made me a new drink when I told them about the mistake. Read more
Yesterday was my birthday and we went to Starbucks for a desert drink and I wanted to treat myself for my special day. I ordered... the Cookie crunch chocolate chip Frappuccino and Mrs. Crystal made it for me and it was delicious! She drew balloons on my cupwith a Happy Birthday, she went out of her way to make it special for me even though there was a lot of people.
