If I could, I would put 9.5/10, just for the extra salt on my salmon sauce. Otherwise, the restaurant has a nice pace, the... decorum is very classy, and the food is of nice proportion. It’s obviously not a budget restaurant, but the quality of foodand experience were amazing. My wife and I do not regret eating here for our 5th anniversary ! Read more
The food was all amazing. Had the chef’s 6 course. The sea bass and the filet were perfect. All the flavors the food cart just... mix very well, giving it a lasting impression. Drinks were perfect. We’ll be returning. Read more
It all depends on the expectation of what $40 per person lunch should get you. We read some of the recent comments in this forum... and we expected professional cooking and gratifying service. It was not worth it. Even though the personnel were courteous, theyweren't attentive or detailed focused. The explanations about the dishes were petty and we had to reach inside for them to comeoutdoors (3 times), plus for the number of tables (only us) they were serving, the kitchen took too long (over 45min). Weordered short-rib tacos, the sea bass, and the risotto with scallops. The tacos were OK, but the others were plain. The dessertpresentation saved the 2nd star. Read more
If there were more stars available Rosmani would deserve them all. The drinks were the best we've had anywhere. The bread was... homemade and flavored butters were delicious. The ribeye was cooked to perfection, fries were delicious and the sauces justenhanced all the flavors. The braised beef rib was tender enough to cut with a fork. Overexceded my expectations; i heard that it was good but i never imagined that i could find all these flavors and superb... service. The service is extremely awesome; the people is super nice; manager Raul awesome and our waiter very knowledgeable. The food was great. Not what you expect in the RGV. The Service was superb. The whole staff was great. We had the 6 course... tasting sampler dinner. It contained appetizers, entrees, Desserts, and wine pairing. We went without making a reservation so wesat at the chefs table/bar. It turn out to be an awesome experience. Arturo, served 3very dish with a very detailed explanationof what we were abou to eat. He prepared 3verything right in front of us so our experience was awesome. Rosmani exceeded our expectations! Food was delicious. Prices were a little high but well worth it. Emanuel our waiter was... very knowledgeable in the meals and where it originated from and was being attentive and friendly. I highly recommend thisrestaurant. Read more
